Top male cross-country skiers gathered this week in Theodore Wirth Park in Minnesota for the U.S. SuperTour. Bruce Ski Club and Georgian Bay Nordic member Julian Smith came in second. Congrats, Julian!

If you’d like to support Julian, Bruce Ski Club is hosting a small fundraiser for him on Saturday February 22nd, 12-2 pm, at Sawmill Nordic Centre in Hepworth.

So come on out on Saturday for a Soup for Julian day at the trails, enjoy some soup and snacks, and help support Julian’s journey to the world cup circuit.

Top male cross-country skiers from across the nation gathered in Theodore Wirth Park today for the U.S. SuperTour. The race was a Skate Sprint, mimicking the upcoming World Cup which will be raced on the same course on March 17th. Watch the Men’s Final heat below… . U.S. Ski Team member @gus.schumacher took first place in the 1.7K race followed by Julian Smith (Canada) and 2018 Olympian @tkornfield in second and third, respectively. Peter Holmes, U.S. Ski Team member @noel.keeffe and 4-time Olympian @andynewellskier rounded out the top six, respectively.
