On Saturday, February 22, Bruce Ski Club hosted a Soup for Julian event at Sawmill Nordic Centre to raise funds to support Julian Smith’s journey to the cross-country skiing world cup circuit.
The event was a great success, with beautiful weather, lots of Jackrabbits and families connecting over soup, and homemade bread and cookies. It was a real community builder. Plus, we raised lots of money for Julian’s race and travel fees.
